Our Mission & Vision

Our vision and mission is to help connect people to faith

Our vision and mission is to help connect people to faith — guiding them into a life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ through worship, the Word, and community. We are committed to seeing lives transformed, hearts renewed, and people empowered to live out their faith with purpose and love.

✝️Mission & Purpose

At Calvary Church Nepal, our mission is to share the love and truth of Jesus Christ with all people — helping them grow in faith, live with purpose, and walk in spiritual maturity. We are called to make disciples, nurture strong biblical foundations, and serve our community with compassion.

Our purpose is to glorify God by:

  • Proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ throughout Nepal and beyond

  • Equipping believers through worship, prayer, and biblical teaching

  • Building a community that reflects unity, love, and service

  • Empowering people to live as faithful followers and responsible citizens

  • Transforming society through faith-based outreach and moral leadership

We believe that when hearts are changed by the Gospel, families, communities, and nations are transformed.

Our Beliefs & Values

At Calvary Church Nepal, our beliefs are rooted in the Holy Bible, and our values reflect our commitment to live out God’s truth with love, humility, and purpose.

Unity

We believe that unity is the heartbeat of the Church. Though we come from different backgrounds, cultures, and communities, we are united in Christ Jesus as one family.

We are called to walk together in love, humility, and peace — building one another up and reflecting the unity of the Body of Christ. Our unity is not based on similarity, but on shared faith, mutual respect, and the love of God that binds us together.

Liberty

we believe in the freedom found in Christ. True liberty is not the absence of boundaries, but the freedom to live a holy, purposeful life as God intended — free from sin, fear, and condemnation.

Through the Gospel, we are set free to:

  • Worship God without fear

  • Grow in truth and grace

  • Follow Jesus willingly and joyfully

  • Serve others in love, not out of obligation

“Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.” — 2 Corinthians 3:17

Love

Love is the foundation of everything we do — because God Himself is love. We are called to love God with all our heart, soul, and mind, and to love our neighbors as ourselves.

Love is not just a feeling; it’s a choice, a commitment, and a way of life. It’s seen in how we serve, forgive, encourage, and care for one another — within the church and beyond.

“Let all that you do be done in love.” — 1 Corinthians 16:14
“We love because He first loved us.” — 1 John 4:19

Salvation

Salvation is God’s gift of eternal life through faith in Jesus Christ. All have sinned and fall short of His glory, but Christ died to redeem us. By confessing Jesus as Lord and believing in His resurrection, we are saved. Salvation is by grace alone, through faith—not by works. (Ephesians 2:8–9)

Eternity

Eternity is the unending life that follows our earthly journey. Those who believe in Jesus Christ receive eternal life with God. Heaven is a promise for the saved; hell is the consequence of rejecting Him. “The gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.” (Romans 6:23)
“Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

–Matthew 28:19–20
